Space at Begbroke
Begbroke Science Park is occupied by both companies and University Departments. We have outline planning permission for further development and so there is opportunity for the growth of both academic and high tech research based commercial activities. Existing space is comprised of both office and laboratories.
Commercial Space
A range of property offers exist to meet the needs of high tech research based companies at different stages of commercial development. The Centre for Innovation and Enterprise offers fully serviced office and laboratory accommodation in units from 16-85m², with partially or un-serviced grow on space available elsewhere on site in units from 12-1100m².

Academic Space
University Departments wishing to expand out of Oxford city centre can take advantage of Begbroke's close proximity to the city, its accessibility to transport networks, its unrestricted size and its cost effective build costs. Begbroke Science Park currently houses buildings which are dedicated to an individual department, as well as multidepartment buildings where space and facilities can be shared. A flexible cost effective building design has been adopted which enables the space to be functional, as well as flexible to future user needs.

Companies
There are currently over 30 commercial tenants at Begbroke Science Park. Many are companies which have arisen from Oxford University activities, many others have been attracted to the site by its academic facilities and personnel. Tenants are science and research based, and tend to either have or develop links with Oxford University or other research based organisations. The Begbroke Science Park management team are available to help companies strengthen their academic links, if required. Tenants represent different technical sectors including materials, engineering, environment, energy, medicine, pharmaceuticals, etc.

Virtual Space
Begbroke Innovation & Enterprise Centre's virtual office facility offers you many of the benefits of the Centre for Innovation & Enterprise without incurring the cost of taking space. This facility is especially aimed at early stage companies who are not yet ready to take space within the Centre but would like the professional cachet of a prestigious address with a professional telephone answering service and access to meeting room facilities.
