Begbroke Transfer

Begbroke Transfer is the series of knowledge and technology transfer events hosted at Begbroke Science Park which are aimed at assisting small science based start-up companies. The events are open to all, run once or twice a year depending on demand, and cover topics like protecting your IP, managing HR and other business services, finding investment, marketing and selling, etc.

About the Begbroke Transfer Event

This series of seminars is held to encourage and support young science based high tech companies from their decision to spin out a research idea to the point at which they take their product to market. These free events are highly regarded for their practically useful advice from industry experts and world-renowned Oxford University academics.

Delegates not only receive outstanding guidance but the opportunity to analyse current real life case studies in a supportive environment and they will take away helpful ideas and strategies that they can translate into their business plans. The events are an ideal opportunity to meet a variety of business entrepreneurs in related fields all at similar stages of development, perfect for networking!

The latest installment of these seminars, 'Building a Business: Moving your Product to Market' provided delegates with first class marketing advice from local business experts as well as speakers from the internationally recognised Said Business School and the University of Oxford.
