We are delighted to announce that Repolywise, a start-up founded by Oxford University researchers, from the Mathematical, Physical, Engineering and Life Sciences (MPLS) Division, has recently joined the AgileLab at Begbroke Science Park.
Repolywise is a technology company focused on developing innovative solutions to address the global plastic waste crisis. It combines world-class research with practical applications to create a sustainable future for plastics. The company’s ‘Atomic Scissors’ technology represents a major advancement in chemical recycling, offering a viable pathway to reducing plastic waste and promoting a circular economy.
Dr Bryan Ng, Founder and CEO of Repolywise, shared why they chose Begbroke Science Park:
“Repolywise opted to move into the AgileLab at Begbroke Science Park due to a combination of factors. These included high-quality laboratory facilities, good amenities, a supportive onboarding and management team, co-location with exciting research teams from other companies, convenient access to the Oxford ecosystem, and an ability to share space with attractive and flexible pricing.
“All of these will aid Repolywise to continue its work. Having graduated from university facilities a supportive environment is essential, in particular one where our specific needs can be discussed and implemented in conjunction with the laboratory. Proximity to former colleagues and other expertise, especially amongst the companies at Begbroke, is another plus.”
Elaine Walder, Director of Operations at Begbroke Science Park, welcomed Repolywise to Begbroke, stating:
